- Medical records remain patient property with MediBridge maintaining copies

5. Payments and Billing

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law:
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the respective Country of Service
- The official language for legal proceedings shall be English or Malayu
- We comply with all applicable healthcare regulations in the respective Countries of service.
